Guests will be welcomed in Stavanger with a stay at the elegant Hotel Victoria, perfectly located in the heart of the city. The journey begins with a festive three-course welcome dinner with wine at Brasserie Pigalle, setting the tone for the days ahead in a vibrant and stylish atmosphere.

The experience continues with a private visit to the Oil Museum, offering fascinating insights into Norway’s energy history, followed by a guided exploration of Stavanger’s renowned street art, where colorful murals and hidden gems tell stories of creativity and culture. Culinary highlights await with a lunch at Polka Restaurant and a cider tasting at Broremann, immersing guests in authentic local flavors. Later, they will enjoy an unforgettable dinner at Seid Restaurant, where exquisite dishes are paired with panoramic views from the 16th floor.

Adrenaline and adventure are woven into the journey with a thrilling RIB Safari through the Lysefjord, leading to a spectacular twist – a helicopter transfer in true James Bond style. Soaring over snowy mountain peaks, guests will land at the mountaintop restaurant Slottet for a regionally sourced gourmet lunch in an extraordinary setting. The program continues with a self-drive to Farsund, where shared cars await conveniently in front of the hotel. Here, participants can choose to unwind at leisure or elevate their experience with optional activities such as kayaking or a relaxing sauna session.

The pinnacle of the journey is a Michelin-starred dining experience at UNDER, the world’s iconic underwater restaurant. Here, fine dining meets breathtaking views of the marine world, offering a once-in-a-lifetime gastronomic moment that is both unique and unforgettable.

To round off the adventure, guests will embrace nature with a refreshing 40-minute morning hike before gathering for a modern and locally inspired lunch at Nyyyt Restaurant. With memories of extraordinary landscapes, unique flavors, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences, the journey concludes leaving guests with unforgettable impressions of Norway.
